Report On Community Visit and Support To New Faraja Orphanage Centre

As part of Lincoln Green Community Alliance’s commitment to supporting vulnerable communities and promoting child welfare, a community visit was conducted at New Faraja Orphanage Centre located in Makulumla Ward, Ubungo Municipal.

The visit aimed to create a connection with children under the care of the centre, share encouragement and support, and understand the needs and efforts being made to provide a safe and caring environment for vulnerable children.

2. Participants and Collaboration

The activity involved:

• Representatives from Lincoln Green Community Alliance
• Management and caregivers of New Faraja Orphanage Centre
• Children under the care of the centre
• Community members and other well-wishers

During the visit, the team:

• Visited and interacted with children at New Faraja Orphanage Centre.
• Shared messages of love, hope, and encouragement with the children.
• Learned about the daily activities and support systems provided by the centre.
• Discussed the importance of child protection, education, and proper care.
• Strengthened the relationship between Lincoln Green Community Alliance and the orphanage centre.
